The Norwegian indie label Valiant Sounds proudly presents the alternative hip hop album “Sånne dager” by Paul Bernard . Despite the Norwegian title the album is in English. This is the first official release from this label.

Musically “Sånne dager” is unique by Norwegian standards. The album is pushing the limits of the hip hop genre, taking the energy and elements of rock and cross it with melodic themes and every day poetry and stories. With few exceptions, the music and the lyrics are written and performed by the artist himself, no samples are used.

The album consists of 15 tracks with a musical range from ballads to dreamy instrumentals to progressive rock, all with a hip hop vibe to it. It also features other talented artists such as Jens Erik Aasmundseth (of Major Parkinson), labelmate Marty Martés (of Marty The Frenemies) and Yngve Elde (of Addicting Minds).

Paul Bernard is a Norwegian artist, producer, composer and songwriter with a diverse musical background. As a hip hop producer in the Norwegian underground scene he has gained respect and he has managed to make a name for himself. After years of producing, collaborations and several free album releases, he is now ready with his first official full length album, named «Sånne dager».

Paul Bernard has Indonesian roots and will donate a certain amount of the album's income to Global Orphanage Foundation's work in Indonesia.
